Returns

At EEB Creative, we take pride in the quality of our custom-engineered products. Because many of our items are custom-made or 3D-printed to order, we have a specific policy regarding returns:

Defective or Damaged Items If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please email us at eebcreative@gmail.com within [e.g., 14 days] of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.

Change of Mind Due to the custom nature of our 3D-printed products, we generally do not offer returns for change-of-mind purchases. Please double-check your order specifications (such as names for nameplates or tool model numbers for inserts) before completing your checkout.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email eebcreative@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect (if applicable).

  3. We will provide instructions on whether the item needs to be returned to us.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
